Features
Everything on this page is in version 2.0.0. Importers marked Beta work today: they check each file before anything is saved, and you compare the preview with your report. Connections marked Coming soon are built and are switched on by a later update, once each has been tested with a real account - no setting switches them on earlier.
See the main steps with screens in the feature tour, or compare LivingRoom with a hosted profit tracker or with a spreadsheet.

- Purchase orders with several lines, shipping, tax, import duty, customs and other fees, credits and discounts; PO PDFs to print or e-mail; purchase orders imported in bulk.

- Receiving with lot numbers and expiry dates, several purchase orders at once, short and over shipments, closing a line short, reversing a receipt.
- Prep centers and warehouses: enter or import a prep center's invoice and allocate its fees and tax to the purchase orders they belong to.

Sales and settlements
- Walmart sales and settlement report imports with a preview before anything is saved; overlapping files never import an order line twice.
- Fees and refunds matched to the order line they belong to; storage fees in their settlement period; Walmart's reimbursements checked and counted in net profit.

- Manual sales orders, for example from pop-up shops and markets, grouped by event.
- Files whose columns differ: column mapping and import templates; the Import Wizard recognises a file and opens the right import.
- Estimated marketplace fees until the settlement arrives, always shown apart from the real fees.

Team, office and phone
- Several companies in one installation, each with its own data, and a demo company with made-up data to try things out.
- Users with roles - Admin, Manager, Purchaser, Receiving, Reports Only - access per company, and an Activity Log of who did what.
- Office server mode in every plan: one PC keeps the data, the other PCs of the office connect with a connection code, over an encrypted connection, on private networks only. Seats count the people signed in on all PCs together. Works with up to 20 people on a 2-core PC (tested). For more than 10 people at once we recommend 4 or more cores.
- Several windows at once, keyboard shortcuts, and a background mode in the system tray that keeps backups and e-mails going.
- The phone companion: the Dashboard, profit per product and stock lookup on a phone on your office network - read only, off until an Admin switches it on.
In the manual: roles, the office server, the phone companion.
Your data, backups and privacy
- Your business data stays on your PC (or your office server) and is stored encrypted there, with a recovery code for a new PC.
- An automatic backup every day, checked every hour while the app runs, and a backup before every update.
- A backup password that opens a backup on any PC, and an automatic off-site copy to a OneDrive or Dropbox folder or a USB drive.
- What leaves your computer: the license check (your license key, its ID and a machine fingerprint - no business data), the e-mail you set up and the connections you set up. No usage statistics.
- Support sessions use a time-limited token made for your installation and are marked in the Activity Log; a support file holds the facts support needs and none of your data.
In the manual: what leaves your computer, automatic backups, encryption on this PC.
Local AI assistant Coming soon
- Answers questions about your figures, using only figures the app itself computed. It cannot change anything.
- Runs on this PC, or on the office server for every PC of the office: an Admin chooses a model, which is downloaded and checked; nothing leaves your computer.
- Off by default; an Admin turns it on after a screen that explains what it does.
- Coming soon: it is not part of any plan until it is released.
- Until the model is published for download, the assistant's card in the app says Coming soon.
In the manual: setting up the assistant (what the PC needs).
