In short (not part of the terms)
- You buy LivingRoom licenses from Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, adds any sales tax and issues the receipt. The software itself is licensed by us under the EULA. We sell only to businesses located in the United States.
- Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time: in the app (Manage subscription), from any Paddle e-mail, or at paddle.net. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- We remind you by e-mail before renewals (Yearly: about 35 and 20 days ahead; Monthly: once a year). [not yet released] Price changes are announced at least 25 days ahead, and you can cancel before they apply. [not yet available]
- Trials are free (30 days, by e-mail on request) and never turn into a paid plan.
- When a license ends, the app becomes read-only: you can still view, export and back up everything. We never delete your data when a License ends.
- The figures the app shows are tools, not tax, accounting or legal advice.
- Utah law; courts in Utah County, or small claims. No arbitration.
LivingRoom Terms of Service Draft 2 of 2026-10-25 - not yet in effect
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
1.1 LivingRoom ("Software") is made and licensed by Point of the Mountain Software LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). When you buy or renew a License, you buy it from Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record (section 2), which also handles its payment, renewals, cancellation and refunds, and any change of Plan. If you buy from a Reseller, your purchase is from the Reseller (EULA section 13). When you request a Trial, apply for the New Business discount, contact our support or use our Website, your contract is with the Company. In every case, the Company licenses the Software to you under the EULA.
1.2 These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover: our Website https://livingroomlogistics.com; buying, renewing, changing and cancelling Licenses; Trials; the New Business discount; and our support. Your use of the Software itself is governed by our End User License Agreement ("EULA"), which you accept when you install or set up the Software. Our Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Support Policy and Beta, Coming Soon and AI Assistant Terms are part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. [to be confirmed] Words with capital letters (for example "Admin") have the meaning given in the EULA.
1.3 Acceptance. You accept these Terms when you place an Order, request a Trial Key, apply for the New Business discount, or use the Website after these Terms are published (our Website says so next to each buy button). If you accept for a business, you confirm that you may bind it, and "you" means that business.
1.4 Business use in the United States only. The Software is made and sold for business use. You may buy a License or request a Trial only for a business located in the United States, for a business purpose (including as a sole proprietor). By doing so you confirm this, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are not located in, or acting for anyone located in, a country or region under US embargo, and are not on a US sanctions or export-restriction list (EULA section 18). We do not offer the Software outside the United States at this time; please do not buy it if your business is located elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms takes away a right that the law that applies to you (including the law of your US state) gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract.
2. Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record
2.1 Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle (Paddle.com and its affiliates). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every Order of the Software: Paddle, as the authorized reseller of Point of the Mountain Software LLC, sells you the License, takes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST, issues your receipt and invoices, and handles payment questions and refunds. The Paddle company that sells to you depends on your country and is named on your receipt and in Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms).
2.2 Two sets of terms. Your payment is governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy), which Paddle shows at checkout. The License, the Software, Trials, support and the Website are governed by these Terms and the EULA. Rights that Paddle's Buyer Terms or Paddle's Refund Policy give you about the purchase (for example a statutory right to withdraw in your country) apply in addition to these Terms. A consumer with a right to withdraw can use the withdrawal button in Paddle's customer portal (EU and EEA) or ask at paddle.net or through the link in the Paddle receipt (UK and elsewhere), as Paddle's Refund Policy describes.
2.3 Payment details. You pay on Paddle's checkout page. We never receive or store your card or bank details; Paddle handles them under Paddle's Privacy Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy). We receive from Paddle your name, e-mail address and business name, the Plan you bought, the amount and currency, and the status of your payments (our Privacy Policy, section 3).
2.4 Invoices, purchase orders and tax. Paddle issues the receipts and invoices. Every payment and every refund under these Terms is made through Paddle; we never invoice, charge or refund you directly. For a purchase order or a different invoice address, contact us and we will ask Paddle whether it can provide one (for example through Paddle Invoicing). For tax, enter your tax number at Paddle's checkout; a business charged sales tax, VAT or GST can ask Paddle within 60 days for a refund of the tax with a valid tax number or, in the US, an exemption certificate, as Paddle's Buyer Terms provide.
3. Plans
3.1 The Software is a Windows desktop application. Each Plan includes all features of the release you are licensed for (except Coming Soon Features, which are not part of any Plan), Office Server Mode for your team, the marketplace file imports, and support by e-mail (our Support Policy). The AI Assistant is a Coming Soon Feature in the current release: it is not available and is not part of what any Plan pays for. When we publish its model it becomes a Beta Feature included in every Plan (our Beta, Coming Soon and AI Assistant Terms); until then our pricing page also shows it as Coming soon. [to be confirmed] The price of each Plan is the price shown on our pricing page at https://livingroomlogistics.com/pricing and at Paddle's checkout before you pay; Paddle adds any tax. [to be confirmed]
| Plan | Seats (people signed in at the same time) | Company Files |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 7 | 3 |
| Professional | 20 | 10 |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Unlimited |
3.2 Seats. A Seat is one person signed in at the same time, counted across every PC and phone connected to your Installation (one person signed in on a PC and a phone counts once). You may create as many User Accounts as you like. A session that was not signed out (for example on a PC that was switched off) keeps its Seat until it times out (by default after 8 hours without activity) or an Admin ends it.
3.3 Company Files. A Company File is one separate set of business records (the Software calls it a "company").
3.4 Enterprise has no limit on Seats or Company Files. We have tested it with 50 Company Files in one Installation and 10 people working at the same time on one office server. If you plan a larger setup, contact us first.
3.5 Your License Key states your limits. We will not reduce the Seats or Company Files of a License you have already paid for during the period you have paid for, even if we later change the Plans we sell. [to be confirmed]
3.6 What the Software needs. A PC running a 64-bit version of Windows 11 (Windows 10 version 22H2 may work but is not tested); an internet connection when you activate a paid License Key and from time to time afterwards for the License Check (EULA section 4); with Office Server Mode, an office server PC that stays on while others work, on a Windows private network, with 4 or more processor cores when more than 10 people work at the same time (any Plan); and, for the AI Assistant once it is available, at least 16 GB of memory, a processor with AVX2 and about 5 GB of free disk space on the PC that holds the data. [to be confirmed] For working offline, see section 6.7.
3.7 One License per Installation. A License Key bought online or from a Reseller works on one PC: for a team, the office server PC of your Installation (EULA section 7). A second PC is refused (the first keeps working); to move to a new PC, ask our support to reset the activations, which we aim to do within two business days of your e-mail (EULA section 4.6). To use the Software on separate PCs that do not share one Installation, buy a License for each. Each Windows user account that runs the Software with its own data is a separate Installation and needs its own License, also on the same PC.
4. Trials
4.1 You may ask us by e-mail (support@livingroomlogistics.com) for a free Trial Key, valid for 30 days from the day we issue it (not from the day you install it). We send it by e-mail; our e-mail states its end date. We decide whether to issue one and may decline a second Trial for the same business.
4.2 A Trial never turns into a paid License and never charges you. We do not ask for payment details for a Trial, and Trials do not go through Paddle. When a Trial ends you need to buy a License to keep adding and changing records.
4.3 A Trial allows 3 Seats and one Company File on one PC, without Office Server Mode. It is not checked online. It has no Grace Period: the day after it ends, the Software switches to Read-Only Mode (you can still view, export and back up your data) until you enter a paid License Key. We e-mail you at least 3 days before your Trial ends, to tell you the end date, that nothing will be charged and no paid plan starts, and that the Software then becomes read-only, with your data kept, until you enter a paid License Key. [not yet released]
4.4 When you enter a paid License Key over a Trial on the same PC, your data stays as it is, and Backups made during the Trial can still be restored on that PC. On another PC, a Trial-era Backup opens with your Backup Password, if you set one; otherwise our support can help you restore it.
4.5 A Trial is provided "as is" and without the limited warranty (EULA sections 14 and 15).
5. Buying a License and receiving your License Key
5.1 You buy on our Website through Paddle's checkout. The checkout shows the Plan, the price, the billing period and, for a Subscription, that it renews automatically, before you confirm. [to be confirmed]
5.2 After Paddle confirms your payment, we e-mail your License Key to the e-mail address you gave at checkout. We aim to send it within one business day; if it has not arrived by then, check your spam folder and contact support@livingroomlogistics.com. For a Subscription, the e-mail with your License Key after the first payment confirms the automatic-renewal terms and how to cancel. [not yet released]
5.3 We may refuse an Order, or ask Paddle to cancel it and refund it in full, if the price shown was clearly wrong, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot lawfully sell to you.
5.4 Prices and taxes. Prices are charged in US dollars. Paddle adds sales tax, VAT or GST where it applies, and shows it before you pay. A business that gives Paddle a valid tax number may not be charged VAT; see section 2.4.
6. Subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly)
6.1 Automatic renewal. A Monthly or Yearly License is a Subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period (each month, or each year) for another period of the same length, and Paddle charges the price of your Plan to the payment method you gave, until you cancel. The price, the billing period and the date of the first charge are shown at checkout before you confirm [to be confirmed], and each charge is confirmed by a Paddle receipt. The renewal period is never longer than one year. Before Paddle's checkout opens, our Website asks you to confirm separately, in a box that is not ticked in advance, that you agree to the automatic renewal, and keeps a record of your consent. [not yet released] You can cancel at any time before the renewal is charged; no notice period applies. Paddle may charge from 00:00 UTC on the renewal date (in the continental US, about 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. local time on the day before), so cancel before then; each reminder states that time [not yet released]. If you meant to cancel and a renewal is charged, you can ask for it back within 14 days (Refund Policy section 3.1).
6.2 How to cancel. You can cancel at any time, online, without contacting us:
- in the Software: Manage subscription on the License page (Admins), whose Cancel subscription button opens Paddle's cancel page in one step [not yet released];
- through the link in any Paddle receipt or subscription e-mail; or
- at paddle.net.
A cancellation request e-mailed to us at support@livingroomlogistics.com before the renewal date is honored; if we process it after a charge, we ask Paddle to refund that charge. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your License keeps working until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. At that date the License ends and the Software switches to Read-Only Mode at its next License Check (section 9). Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period; our Refund Policy says when a payment is refunded. You can restart a Subscription that is set to end, in Manage subscription, before its end date.
6.3 Each renewal extends your License by itself. You do not enter a new key: the Software receives the extended License Key at its next License Check. For a Yearly renewal we also e-mail you the new License Key.
6.4 Renewal reminders. For Yearly plans we e-mail you twice before each renewal, about 35 days and about 20 days before the renewal date. For Monthly plans we e-mail you once a year, about 35 days before the renewal that starts each new 12-month period. Each reminder names the Company by its legal name as the sender and states: that your Subscription renews automatically unless you cancel; the renewal date and the time by which you must cancel (section 6.1); the length of the renewal period; the renewal amount with any tax Paddle will add (or, where that is not known, that Paddle adds any tax) and any change from your last period; every way to cancel, with a link to cancel online; and the text of section 6.1, with a link to these Terms. Paddle may also send its own reminder where the law requires one. [not yet released]
6.5 Price changes. We may change the price of a Plan. We tell you by e-mail before a new price first applies to your Subscription, with how to cancel: for a Monthly plan, 25 to 30 days before; for a Yearly plan, in both renewal reminders before that renewal (about 35 and about 20 days before). A new price applies only from a renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before that renewal if you do not agree. [to be confirmed]
6.6 Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle tries again over the period its payment-recovery settings allow and e-mails you about it. Admins see "Payment failed - update your card" in the Software, with a link to update the payment method in Manage subscription. While Paddle retries, the Software keeps working normally until the License Key installed on your PC expires and its Grace Period ends (section 9.1): for a Monthly key, the paid month plus 5 days, then 14 days; for a Yearly key, the renewal date, then 30 days. If the payment is still not made when Paddle stops trying, the Subscription ends, and the Software switches to Read-Only Mode at its next License Check, without a Grace Period. While Paddle is still retrying, updating your payment method in Manage subscription keeps your Subscription. Once it has ended, it cannot be restarted: buy a new License, and entering its License Key ends Read-Only Mode at once. Backups made under the old License Key then open with your Backup Password, or with a restore code from our support (Support Policy section 6.1(f)). [to be confirmed] [to be confirmed]
6.7 Monthly Licenses and working offline. If the Software cannot reach our License Server, it keeps working for up to 30 days after the last successful License Check (a reminder appears after 7 days), unless your License Key expires first: a Monthly key is valid for the paid month plus 5 days, then a 14-day Grace Period.
7. Changing your Plan
7.1 Moving up. An Admin can move to a higher Plan, or from Monthly to Yearly, in the Software (Change plan on the License page). Before you confirm, the Software shows what you pay now (the difference for the rest of your current period, calculated by Paddle) and what you pay from your next renewal. The new limits apply as soon as the Software receives your new License Key, normally within minutes and at the latest at its next License Check. A move up is not possible while a payment is overdue, while your Subscription is set to end, while a move down is scheduled, or in the last 30 minutes before a renewal.
7.2 Moving down takes effect at your next renewal. Nothing is charged or refunded for the current period. From the moment you schedule it, the Software tells your Admins what the new limits will be. At the renewal:
- no Company File is deleted: Company Files over the new limit are archived, and an archived Company File cannot be opened, viewed or exported while it is archived. Your Admins choose which stay active (if they do not, the Software keeps your primary Company File and then the oldest ones). While your License is active, they can swap them (archive one, then restore another), or you can move up again; in Read-Only Mode an archived Company File cannot be restored. Export what you need before the move down takes effect. [not yet available]
- every User Account is kept; the new number of Seats applies.
7.3 Other changes (from Yearly to Monthly, a lower Plan together with a move to Yearly, or any change to a Lifetime License) are not made in the Software: contact us; any payment for them is made through Paddle.
7.4 Lifetime. A Lifetime License is paid once and does not renew; its License Key has no expiry date. It covers the Major Version you bought (for example 2.x), which you may keep using, and every Update of that Major Version, but not later Major Versions. Like every paid License Key it is checked online, so it keeps working only while our License Server answers its License Checks (EULA sections 4.5 and 5.4); if we stop operating the License Server for good, EULA section 16.7 applies. We support the previous Major Version for at least 12 months after a new one is released (Support Policy section 11.3). We may offer later Major Versions to Lifetime customers for a separate fee.
8. New Business discount
8.1 A business that started less than 12 months ago may apply for 50 % off the first year of a Yearly plan (any Plan). The discount does not apply to Monthly or Lifetime Licenses or to Licenses bought from a Reseller, and cannot be combined with any other discount. [not yet available]
8.2 Applying. You apply on our Website with your business name, its start date, the marketplaces you sell on and a contact e-mail, and confirm that the business is less than 12 months old. We may ask for evidence of the start date. We decide each application in our discretion and may decline without giving reasons, including a second application for the same business.
8.3 Your code. If we approve, we e-mail you a one-time code. It works only with the e-mail address you applied with, for one purchase, and must be used within 30 days.
8.4 Second year. The discount covers the first year only. Your Subscription then renews at the full price of your Plan unless you cancel. Before you pay, we show the first-year price, the full price after the first year and the date it starts [not yet available]. Before that renewal we send the reminders in section 6.4 (about 35 and about 20 days before), each stating the full price and the increase over your first year [not yet released], and the Software shows the full price to your Admins during the first year. Paddle may also send its own reminder where the law requires one.
8.5 Untrue applications. If an application was untrue (for example, the business was older than 12 months, or it already had the discount), we may end the License and ask Paddle to refund what you paid, or offer you the License at the full price for the rest of the year, paid through Paddle.
8.6 We may end the New Business program for new applicants at any time; this does not affect a code we have already sent.
9. When a License ends: read-only, your data kept
9.1 When a License Key expires (for example a Monthly key on a PC that stayed offline, a key whose renewal payment Paddle is still retrying (section 6.6), or a License Key we issued by hand that was not renewed), the Software keeps working for a Grace Period: 14 days for a Monthly key, otherwise the period the License Key states (30 days if it states none). A Trial has no Grace Period.
9.2 When a License is ended - a Subscription cancelled or not paid (section 6), a payment refunded in full or charged back (for an upgrade payment, see Refund Policy section 4.1 instead), or a License ended under section 15 - the Software switches to Read-Only Mode at its next License Check, without a Grace Period. [not yet released]
9.3 In Read-Only Mode you and your users can still sign in, view and search everything, run, print and export reports, export your data and change your own password, and an Admin can make Backups (while a License Key is installed); you cannot add or change records. We never delete your data when a License ends (automatic Backups continue and still keep only the newest ones, as EULA section 8.3 describes). Entering a valid License Key ends Read-Only Mode at once.
10. Your responsibilities
10.1 You are responsible for: keeping your License Key, Backup Password, Recovery Code and users' passwords private (your License Key also opens your Backups - EULA section 8); what your Authorized Users do; your own Backups; and having the right to the data you put into the Software.
10.2 You will follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you will not use the Website, our License Server, the Software or our support for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive; to infringe anyone's rights; to attack or probe our systems or get around the License Checks; to share, publish or resell License Keys (except as an authorized Reseller); or in breach of a marketplace's or other provider's terms.
10.3 Indemnity. You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, and the related losses and reasonable legal costs, to the extent they arise from (a) your breach of these Terms, the EULA or the Acceptable Use Policy, (b) Customer Data you had no right to collect, keep or use, or (c) your use of Third-Party Services through the Software; but not to the extent the claim arises from our breach of these Terms, the EULA or the Data Processing Addendum, or from our negligence or willful misconduct. We will tell you promptly of any such claim, let you control its defense (you may not settle it in a way that admits fault for us without our consent), and cooperate at your cost.
11. Our intellectual property; feedback
We and our licensors own the Software, the Website, our documentation, our names and logos, and all related intellectual property. You receive only the License in the EULA. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you; we will not name you without your consent.
12. Support
12.1 Support is by e-mail at support@livingroomlogistics.com, as our Support Policy describes (what is included, our response target, Support Sessions). If you bought your License from a Reseller, your Reseller is your first contact for support, and we support the Reseller.
12.2 Support does not include data entry, bookkeeping, tax or accounting advice, or recovering data for which there is no Backup.
13. No professional advice; Third-Party Services
13.1 The figures the Software shows (costs, landed cost, profit, fees, inventory values, settlements, taxes collected by marketplaces, forecasts) and the AI Assistant's answers are tools for managing your business. They are not tax, accounting, financial, investment or legal advice. Check them, and consult a qualified professional before you rely on them for tax filings, accounts or other decisions.
13.2 Marketplaces, accounting services, e-mail services and other Third-Party Services, and Paddle, are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, give no warranty about them or their data, and are not responsible for their availability, changes, data or acts.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
14.1 We do not promise that the Software, the Website, the License Server or our support will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. Except for the 30-day limited warranty in the EULA (whose remedy is a refund) and our Refund Policy, they are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows (EULA section 14).
14.2 THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY IN EULA SECTION 15 APPLY TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE AND OUR SUPPORT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS AND THE EULA TOGETHER IS THE SINGLE LIMIT IN EULA SECTION 15.2 (OR, FOR A FREE LICENSE OR WHERE NO LICENSE GIVES RISE TO THE CLAIM, THE LIMIT IN EULA SECTION 15.3); THE TWO DOCUMENTS DO NOT CREATE SEPARATE OR LOWER LIMITS.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, or rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
15. Suspension and termination
15.1 We may refuse or end your License only as the EULA allows (sections 4.7, 5.3, 16.2 and 18.3). We may suspend or end your New Business discount, Website access or support, or decline a Trial or a new Order, if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy and do not cure the breach within 15 days after notice, or at once where we reasonably believe that you, or someone using your License Key with your permission, are committing fraud or attacking our systems. Ending a License makes the Software read-only (section 9); your data stays on your PC.
15.2 If we end a License for a reason other than your breach (for example because we stop offering the Software), we will ask Paddle to refund the unused part of any prepaid period (for a Lifetime License, the share EULA section 16.5 states); where Paddle can no longer refund the original payment, we will [to be confirmed]. [to be confirmed]
15.3 You may stop using the Software and cancel your Subscription at any time (section 6.2).
16. The Website
16.1 You may use the Website to learn about, buy and get help with the Software. You will not copy it in bulk, scrape it, overload it, or try to get around its security.
16.2 The Website may link to other websites (for example Paddle and the marketplaces). We are not responsible for them.
17. Electronic communications
You agree that we may send you notices, License Keys, reminders and other communications about your License by e-mail to the address on your Order or License Key, on the Website, or in the Software for notices about your License or Subscription and for a new version of the EULA offered with an Update (EULA section 19.3), and that these satisfy any requirement that a communication be in writing. A notice of breach, suspension, termination, refusal of a License Key or a change that reduces your rights is sent by e-mail to the address on your License or Order (and may also be shown in the Software); a Website notice alone is enough only for general changes (section 18). An e-mail notice is given when sent, unless we learn that it was not delivered. We send marketing e-mail only if you have agreed to receive it, and every marketing e-mail lets you unsubscribe (Privacy Policy section 15).
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on https://livingroomlogistics.com with its effective date (earlier versions stay available there) and, for a change that materially affects you, e-mail active customers at least 30 days before it takes effect. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for; for a Subscription it applies from your first renewal after its effective date, and you may cancel before then if you do not agree.
19. General
19.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
19.2 Resolving disputes. Before starting a court case, please contact us at support@livingroomlogistics.com; we will try to resolve the matter with you within 30 days. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be decided by the state courts located in Utah County, Utah, or by the United States District Court for the District of Utah, which have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court that has jurisdiction over it. There is no arbitration. [to be confirmed]
19.3 Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control (other than an obligation to pay).
19.4 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent, except together with your License as the EULA allows for a sale of your business. We may assign them to a successor of our business or of the Software.
19.5 Order of precedence; entire agreement. These Terms, the EULA and the policies section 1.2 makes part of these Terms are the entire agreement about their subject, with our Data Processing Addendum where it applies. If they conflict: a written agreement signed by you and us comes first; then the Data Processing Addendum, for personal data we process for you; then the Beta, Coming Soon and AI Assistant Terms for those features; then the EULA for the License and the use of the Software; then these Terms for everything else; then the policies. Paddle's Buyer Terms govern the payment itself.
19.6 Severability; waiver; survival. If a provision is unenforceable, it is enforced to the extent possible and the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. Sections 10.3, 11, 13, 14, 15.2, 19 and any payment owed survive the end of these Terms.
19.7 Notices and contact. We send notices as section 17 says. You send notices to support@livingroomlogistics.com or by post to: Point of the Mountain Software LLC.
